Personal Property Information

Real property is comprised of the land and buildings typically thought of as real estate. Personal Property can be defined as the tangible or physical assets of a business that are not part of the real estate. The latest Personal Property Statement forms can be found at www.michigan.gov/treasury. At the site, select Property Owner Forms, Property Tax-Real & Personal Statements.
